A  Puukko is a Scandinavian or  Finnish  knife. I bought this knife at a gun and knife show from an 88 year old man from Iron mountain michigan. He told me this came from lapland as a gift to his father from a cousin in finland in the 1940s.  Finland fought the Germans in what is know as the lapland war from sept 1944 to april 1945. After the war he never heard from his cousin again. The handle and sheath is made from reindeer antlers with leather securing the knife in the sheath. Not for sale.
