1913 dated 4 -17 Remington British bayonet with Scabbard

This is model 1913 bayonet manufactured by Remington for the British in April 1917 With a mint blade. The blade is parkerized which I believe was done over the original finish which was usually a dull gray sandblasted finish.Note how the markings on the ricasso does not have the bend test mark which is an X. Scabbard is original from 1918 and is the second pattern with a tear drop hanger. Estimated value $ 200

W T Wilde 1943 Bayonet

This is the scarcest WW II bayonet out there. Only 60,000 bayonets were made initially. The bayonets made in 1943 were only made for 2 months to complete the original order. Some of these bayonets were cut down to 10 inch making the 16 inch version even scarcer. The handles have the typical brown and black coloring usually found on these bayonets
